We always try to accommodate our patient’s needs and offer the first available appointment.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hour notice.

If patients fail 2 consecutive appointments the dentist may withdraw treatment.

Emergency Appointments

During practice hours we have limited spaces for patients in genuine pain, please phone the practice as early as possible. Out of opening hours please call the practice and the answer phone will give you further instructions.

  • Monday: 9am - 5pm
  • Tuesday: 9am - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 9am - 5pm
  • Friday: 9am - 4pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Closed for lunch:

  • Monday - Thursday: 1pm - 2pm
  • Friday: 1pm - 1.30pm

Complaints Procedure

We hope you are entirely satisfied with your dental care and treatment and would be happy to recommend our services to others. If not please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the cause for dissatisfaction and improve our services. Please contact the Practice and ask for Claire Edwards who is the Practice Manager, who will be able to deal with your complaint.

If you feel you don’t want to raise your concern with the Practice, you can address your complaint to the Local Health Board via the ‘Putting Things Right scheme’ at:
